4.5 If the product is not in stock it will be manufactured (usually 2-3 days) after which it will be shipped. Shipping times differ on location as follows (may be affected by local customs procedures):
- Romania: 3-4 days
- EU Countries: 5-7 days
- Non-EU Countries: 7-15 days
Returns and Exchanges
5.1 Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the purchase date as indicated on your receipt or order confirmation or 14 days after proof of delivery.

5.3. You are responsible for any return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
5.4. Refunds will be processed within a reasonable time period after receiving the returned product in accordance to the Return Policy.
