Designed and handcrafted in Europe, every TRAILS bag is built with one purpose: to survive the harshest riding conditions while keeping your equipment safe, dry, and perfectly organized.

Premium Materials

Every component has been carefully selected to withstand years of demanding adventure riding.

The outer shell combines three premium materials that complement each other perfectly:

• PVC 640D for complete weather protection and outstanding durability.
• High-Density Cordura® Fabric, offering exceptional resistance against abrasion, tearing, and UV exposure.
• Waterproof PU Leather, providing a premium finish while adding another layer of protection against rain, mud, and everyday wear.

Heavy-duty stitching, reinforced stress points, and premium metal hardware ensure that every bag is ready for the toughest expeditions.

Innovative Two-Layer Construction

Unlike conventional soft panniers, the TRAILS CT Series features an intelligent dual-layer construction.

The outer shell provides structural strength, impact resistance, and protection against abrasion.

Inside, you’ll find a fully removable waterproof inner bag, designed to keep your equipment completely dry in all weather conditions.

This inner liner can be removed in seconds, making packing your luggage far easier. At the end of the ride, simply take the waterproof liner with you while the outer shell remains mounted on the motorcycle.

Should it become damaged after years of use, the waterproof inner liner can easily be replaced without replacing the complete pannier, significantly extending the product’s lifespan and reducing maintenance costs.

Heavy-Duty Mounting System

The TRAILS CT mounting system has been developed for maximum strength, stability, and simplicity.

Each bag attaches securely to Trails Universal Pannier Plate Adapter, creating an exceptionally rigid connection between the luggage and the motorcycle pannier racks.

The design minimizes movement during aggressive off-road riding while allowing quick installation and removal whenever required.

The aluminum mounting plates are manufactured from high-strength aluminum alloy and are available separately in our Metal Accessories

section, allowing riders to configure their luggage exactly as needed.
